PRESENTATION

The joint laboratory EGCERSIS (Training for Crisis Management in Representative Environment of Sensitive Industrial Sites) brings together the Centre Génie Industriel, the firms Immersive Factory and Report One (which, jointly with the region Occitanie, finance this work) around the theme of virtual reality for security. Flexibility, repeatability, variety and ultimately efficiency are the expected benefits in the field of crisis management training.

 

OBJECTIVES

The EGCERSIS joint laboratory aims to define a virtual reality medium in which institutional and industrial players will be able to define crisis exercises in digital duplicates of sensitive sites on the one hand, and on the other hand to train virtually on these exercises using the crisis management tools developed at the Centre Génie Industriel.
