The DDAE program evaluates scientifically the capacities and performance levels of existing flow control systems (MRPII, DDMRP, Kanban, ConWIP, etc.) in an environment of high variability. On this basis, it proposes improvements to existing systems and methods and develops methodologies and tools that are better suited to the reality of today's economic world.

The DOSSARD Program is developing an expert system enabling businesses to:

  • detect more quickly and efficiently the points of vulnerability in their organizations, and to
  • propose the necessary adjustments to increase their resilience.
